Booking Info
- Interlock mats will only be used indoors, JAG Bouncy castles staff will assess outdoors usage, if staff feels mats can get damaged or dirty, staff has the rights to take mats away, a ground sheet will be used instead.
- Assembly time for this soft play package is 15-25 minutes (please allow for this time when booking)
- Please allow easy access to the area the soft play toys will be set up.
- Soft play toys are cleaned (hire wear is not dirty)
- We also hold the right to substitute any items in the picture
- We have full public liability insurance (£5,000,000) we welcome requests to see our documents.
- We also cover our staff for insurance (£10,000,000).
