We base our prices on a fixed rate in order to not confuse our customers. We offer a free delivery service to most of the Walsall Post code. with our unbeatable prices your inflatable hire will include delivery, assembly, dismantling and collection of all equipment along with instructions for safe use. Where appropriate crash mats will be provided for additional safety.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Delivery is generally made between 7am and 1230pm. During the summer months collections are between 6pm and 8pm. Times vary during other months due to the lack of daylight hours.
In the busy summer months we deliver and collect on a geographical round basis, however we do try to be as flexible as possible. Generally, first delivered is first collected to ensure everyone has maximum use of their chosen inflatable. If you require specific times, for instance you are hiring a hall, or perhaps a school fete, please ensure you inform us at the time of your booking to ensure that we can accommodate your exact delivery and collection needs.
We offer Free Delivery to a wide area. But please use our online booking facility to see if there is a delivery charge to your area.
On collection ensure that the JAG Bouncy castles team will be the same team who will collect the bouncy castle and equipment. They will know your Booking reference number from your email and will have JAG Bouncy castles uniform on. DUE TO POTENTIAL THEFT, WE DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO COLLECT THE EQUIPMENT ON OUR BEHALF! (You will be fully liable (NEGLIGENCE) for new replacements and costs if the equipment is collected by anyone else except JAG Bouncy castles. OVERNIGHT
We understand that sometimes a party can just keep going on all night, bouncy castle hire walsall caters for some of our equipment to be kept overnight, if the area is secure, weather permitting and subject to availability. An additional fee is payable for this service and varies from £15.00 upwards depending on the inflatable. Our online booking will provide an overnight option and will add the charge to your booking automatically. Alternatively you can call us to make these arrangements if overnight is required
BAD WEATHER
Now we know how reliable the weather can be we like to keep a good relationship with customers and in the event of bad weather there will be no charge to cancel if you contact us before we have set up the bouncy castle on the day of your event. If we arrive with your Bouncy castle, disco dome, slide or soft play and you change your mind you will be expected to pay. No refunds will be available should the weather change after the item has been delivered and assembled.
REFUSAL

We do however reserve the right to refuse any booking on the day if you are not in at the time of delivery, or if there is not enough clear access, the ground is not reasonably flat and clear from dog mess, stones, glass, sharp objects, garden furniture, overhanging trees, or where we think the inflatable will not be safely operated. We also reserve the right not to deliver an item intended for outdoor use in unsuitable weather conditions.
