Cleaning Deposit
We require a £50 holding deposit for our Pastel blue castle, that you will get refunded to you on collection. Providing that the castle is clean. or in the same condition as we left it. We hold the right to exchange the bouncy castle if the area is dirty, or cancel booking altogether customers will ensure a 80% of the booking coming out fee. or lose the cleaning deposit.

- Assembly time for this inflatable is 15-25 minutes (please allow for this time when booking)
- Please allow easy access to the area the inflatable will be set up, staff have the right to refuse hirer if area or situation is not suitable.
- This inflatable has an age limit of 16.
- We have full public liability insurance (£5,000,000) we welcome requests to see our documents.
- We also cover our staff for insurance (£10,000,000).
